Privacy policy: what this website collects and shares
The OffshoreMeds privacy policy in short: the website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no contact form. Your browser talks only to this site’s own servers until you scroll to the booking calendar or press Book a call; from then on Cal.com, which runs the calendar, receives what you type into it. Please keep patient information out of the booking notes. A Business Associate Agreement is signed before anyone touches protected health information.

This website
What the website itself collects
- Nothing from you directly. There are no accounts, comments, forms or tracking scripts, and the site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, advertising or social media widgets.
- Standard hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, serves each request and may keep standard server logs, such as the IP address, the page requested and the time. Vercel’s privacy notice explains how it handles them.
Booking
The booking calendar
The calendar on each page is a Cal.com booking page shown in a frame. Nothing is requested from Cal.com until you scroll near the calendar or press a Book a call button.
Once it loads, Cal.com receives your IP address and browser details, as any website would, and the name, email address and notes you enter to book. Cal.com may set its own cookies in that frame. Cal.com’s privacy policy governs what it does with them. We receive your booking details so we can hold the call and prepare what you asked for.
Health information
Patient information
Do not put patient information in the booking notes or anywhere else on this site. No patient data is needed to book a call. A Business Associate Agreement is signed before anyone touches protected health information.
Scope
What this policy does not cover
- It covers this website. It does not describe how client work is done under a client contract, or the practices of the sites we link to.
- We use booking details to hold the call and prepare your quote. A written retention period for them will be added here once the business sets one.
